No better way to kick off a Sunday than with Kodiak Cakes protein pancakes. A gym rat’s brunch dream come true. I add a buttload of crunchy PB and some berry compote on top. Holy smokes so friggin good.
For somebody that lifts weights and runs, I still find yoga to be really friggin hard. Like stupid hard. I don’t understand why because I consider myself to be fairly strong, so I am super duper amazed by this horse yoga.
This cucumber, avocado and tomato salad needs to get in my mouth now.
Next weekend is Mother’s day! I will be spending it at Disneyland with my mama, sister and grandma for the Tinkerbell Half Marathon weekend. We won’t be doing the half marathon this time around, but we will be running the 10k ( a better value if you ask me). Stay tuned for more on the experience and the stupid (amazing) costumes we’ll be wearing.
